Yoga Studio Success Secrets

Trust Your Gut

When we have too much swimming around in our head, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. It's important to get clarity by getting all the tasks and thoughts out of your head and onto paper. That way you know what you need to do every day, week, and month.

After you have a clear to-do list, the next step is to create calm within yourself. Focus your breath. Turn your stress into power. It’s okay to get overwhelmed. It’s not okay to stay there.

Surround yourself with people who are managing their stress and finding zen.

Like attracts like.

This begins with you.

Look at yourself, look at your studio and at your inner-circle.

Ask yourself if the people around you are calming down, do they experience more peace and have greater self-mastery from being in your studio?

Is what you’re teaching and modeling translating out to the people around you. Are you helping others manage their own stress? It’s likely your students are drawn into the practice because they have stress and are overwhelm...

Creating Continuity Revenue in Your Yoga Studio

In Yoga Studio Success Club, we talk frequently about setting and reaching monthly revenue goals. We call that goal number the enlightenment number. Each month, we can meet our enlightenment number in two ways. Jason refers to one-time payments and drop-ins as firey and continuity as watery.

It's important to remember that with each new member you enroll, you have the opportunity to touch their lives and help them live more fully and to reach their goals. So many times, studio owners feel anxiety over enrollment because there is the exchange of money. It's important to remember that money is energy. When people commit to their yoga practice, they are committing to creating a fuller, more connected life.
  2. Emotions are stronger than tactics. We're all motivated by emotion. Your enthusiasm and belief in the importance of what you do will shine through. Understand the goals and desires of your students so that you can help them create a plan to reach them. Every day, the first person you need to sell is yourself. Remind yourself of the excitement
